Cancellation Policy

In some cases, the final price will be more than what is displayed based on condition of vehicle after viewing it either in person or in pictures. Factors that would cause a higher price include but not limited to booking incorrect package, excessive pet hair, any add-ons selected during booking, etc. Car seats must be removed by owner due to liability reasons. Appointments may be cancelled due to weather but will be rescheduled promptly. Length of service time (2 hours, 4 hours, etc.) is an estimate and service may take more or less time depending on several factors. If you need service to be complete by a certain time, please communicate in advance. Beginning time is approximate and may vary slightly.
